Shailesh kr. Maurya is a certified Scrum Master (CSM) with over 16 years of experience in the IT industry. He has been working as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, and Project Manager for over 5 years and has handled projects of diverse technologies such as CMS like Prestashop, Laravel, WordPress, Meteor JS, Node JS, etc. Shailesh has worked across multiple domains such as Retail, E-commerce, etc. and has proven skills in team handling, resource management, conflict resolution, and leadership roles. He follows Agile methodologies (SCRUM framework) extensively and has played various roles in Mockup Design, Enhancements, Bug fixes, Testing, Maintenance, and Support. Currently, Shailesh works as a Scrum Master at Klearnow, where he facilitates sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and software demonstrations. He protects the development team from outside distractions, impediments, or team conflicts, and maintains focus on product backlog project timeline. Shailesh works closely with the project owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features. He builds strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders for helping teams to deliver the right thing, at the right time. Shailesh facilitates the scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, retrospectives, story planning, and sprint planning. He acts as a facilitator for the Product Owner and the team both and removes impediments that were obstructing the team from achieving sprint goals. In the past, Shailesh has worked as a Scrum Master and Information Technology Project Manager in different IT companies. He has prepared and conducted periodic project status reports to update project governance teams and executive management regularly on progress, risks, and issues. Shailesh has proven expertise in Requirement analysis, Estimations, ensuring delivery of projects within the time & cost parameters. He has a flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with the ability to multitask under pressure. Shailesh has completed his Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Noida Institute of Engineering & Technology (NIET) and B.Sc in Math's from the University of Lucknow. His tech stack includes test, NodeJS, QA, and infra. With 18.03 years of relevant experience, Shailesh is an Agile enthusiast who simply wants to be better than yesterday.
